Requirements for New Student

Enrolment application for new students will be accepted duringa certain period of time. Below is the enrolment procedure for new students:
1. Assessment, evaluation, and interview of the student2. Accomplish application form given by the registrar3. Prepare and submit requirements4. Pay at the cashier to finish enrolment

Preschool

Age:

Kindergarten 1 must be four years old by August of the same academic year
Kindergarten 2 Applicant must be five years old by August of the same academic year

Photocopy of birth certificate

Grade School

Grade 1 applicant must:

be six years old by August of the same academic year
have finished a preschool course

Photocopy of birth certificate
Certificate of Good Moral Character
Original Report Card (Form 138) from the previous level
Original Transcript of Records (Form 137) from the previous School

High School

Photocopy of birth certificate
Certificate of Good Moral Character
Original Report Card (Form 138) from the previous level
Original Transcript of Records (Form 137) from the previous School
Duly accomplished Recommendation Form (must be sealed in an envelope to be considered valid)

ESC-FAPE Grantee

The subsidy is open to students who have completed their intermediate level.
Has a good moral character and no pending records with the last school attended.
No "Rarely Observed or RO" in the behavioral assessment report, or at least backed up with written recommendation, to be filled up by the teacher/guidance head principal.
